Our School Improvement Plan is focused on 3 areas: Student Achievement, Health and Well-Being, and Human Rights and Inclusive Education.
If we uphold high expectations for all students and support their learning through universal design, equitable assessment, and apply CRRP through a destreamed model (integrated SSC and MLL), then we will see an improvement in student engagement and achievement.
If we intentionally prioritize and support the mental health and well-being of students and staff with diverse social identities, and actively collaborate with a broader network of community partners, then we will see an increased sense of mattering and belonging and kindness and respect.
- If we intentionally create culturally responsive and relevant pedagogical (CRRP) learning environments, and we actively work to dismantle systemic barriers that impact at-risk students, then all learners—especially those who have been historically marginalized—will experience a greater sense of belonging, equitable access to opportunities, and improved academic and social outcomes.
